We also have strict procedures in place for each contact method that you may use when contacting us:
Telephone message left with staff at our offices – You will be contacted within the hour with either the answer to your question/query or a time and date that you will be contacted again.
Telephone message left on mobile telephone – You will be contacted within 24 hours of the telephone message, unless otherwise directed in the message.
E-mail – E-mail messages will be answered within 24 hours.

3) We promise that if we suggest a technology or system you can be safe in the knowledge that it has been fully tested by our in house research and development team for complete peace of mind. Not all technology is created equal.

4) We promise to design every system based on the individual needs of the client and the specific attributes of the project, we do not use a one size fits all approach.
